Refund policy

Returns will be accepted as an exchange or store credit within 10 days of the merchandise ship date for domestic delivery. Returns will only be accepted during the time period and if the items are intact condition (Items unworn and unwashed; tags attached).
Final sale items (Sale/Clearance), accessories, intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits (due to hygiene purposes) cannot be returned or refunded. To complete your return, your receipt is required.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Ship the items to the return address using your shipping provider of preference. Velvet Dreams LA does not pay for the cost of return shipping. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
